Consultation Services
Onsite Consultation Services
This option is the most comprehensive. A knowledgeable representative will tour your property with you and/or your staff capturing key site specific features and potential challenges to be identified and addressed through the evaluation process. Some of the data points will include the layout of the entire property and its surroundings, existing infrastructure, topography and pedestrian and vehicle traffic patterns. Additionally you will be provided a detailed questionnaire with the purpose of identifying operational goals and needs unique to your site allowing for meaningful and complete operational and technological integration throughout.
Upon completion of our review, you will be provided with a formatted summary of the evaluation for your review and comment. Subsequently, a comprehensive plan for your property will be provided with suggestions, options and reasoning of which solutions would be best suited to meet your needs.
Remote Consultation Services
This option provides a slightly less comprehensive evaluation of your property and relies more on the information you can provide. Here’s how it works…
Instead of visiting your property we will evaluate your property using whatever GIS mapping is made available to us. Some of our clients have been able to provide us with an updated map that was procured from a third party service provider while others have simply confirmed that a Google Earth map will suffice for their needs.
A detailed questionnaire will then be provided for you to self-evaluate the needs of your property, inquiring about specific aspects unique to your property and maintenance operations.
Upon the completion of your review, we will review your questionnaire and schedule a phone call with you to discuss any potential challenges that need to be addressed in order for you to achieve your goals, possibly requesting additional information. Once we have all of the information we need and having conducted a through review of your situation you will be provided with a formatted summary of the evaluation for your review and comment and subsequently a comprehensive plan for your property will be provided with suggestions, options and reasoning of which solutions would be best suited to meet your needs.
Installation Services
Onsite Installation
Site Assessment: Conduct a thorough evaluation of the area where the autonomous mower will be installed. Identify any obstacles, slopes, or unique features that may affect the operation.
Preparation: Clear the designated area of any debris or obstacles to ensure a smooth installation process. Mark boundaries as specified by the client.
Equipment Setup: Unpack the autonomous mower and its components. Follow the manufacturer’s instructions to assemble the mower, ensuring all parts are secure and functioning properly.
Boundary Setup: Install boundary wires (If required) as outlined in the user manual ensuring that the boundaries are accurately marked to prevent the mower from straying into undesired areas.
Reference Station Installation: Install reference station based off homeowners desired location. Please note that if an existing power source is not located within 30 feet of desired location, a solar solution is available and may be necessary.
Charging Station Installation: Position the charging station in a suitable location that allows for easy access and proper charging of the mower. Ensure that it is level, stable, and within the designated boundary.
Configuration: Program the mower according to the specific lawn size and layout. Set mowing schedules and height parameters as required by the client.
Testing: Conduct a series of tests to confirm that the mower operates correctly. Monitor for any issues with navigation, charging, or adherence to the programmed schedule.
Client Training: Provide a comprehensive demonstration to the client, covering operational features, maintenance routines, and troubleshooting tips.
Post-Installation Check: Review the installation and ensure everything is functioning as intended. Address any questions or concerns the client may have.
Documentation: Leave behind user manuals, maintenance guidelines, and warranty information for the client. Ensure they are informed about the customer support process should they need assistance in the future.

(For this option to be applicable, we require a remote consultation be performed in order to insure a smooth installation and mitigate any easily foreseeable challenges)
Our experienced installer will be made available on an “as needed” basis via phone/video chat while the end user performs the same steps that we would as if we are onsite installing it ourselves while the installation steps below are being performed.
